How to register a grievance
- Send an email to contact@vylino.com with subject Customer Grievance (for personal-data requests, use Privacy Rights Request).
- Include the service/order number, date, nature of the concern, supporting screenshots or redacted payment details, and your preferred outcome.
- Do not send OTPs, passwords, CVVs, full card numbers or identity documents through ordinary email or chat.
- VYLINO will assess the concern, may seek limited clarification, and will communicate the decision and any remedy reasonably available.
Response timelines
For consumer e-commerce grievances where India’s Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 apply, VYLINO will arrange acknowledgement within 48 hours of receiving the complaint and redressal within one month, subject to any more protective legal requirement. Privacy complaints, deletion requests and data breaches are managed under the applicable statutory timelines and our Privacy Policy. Acknowledgement is not a guarantee that every disputed claim will be accepted.
Subscription issues and disputes
Subscription plans that clearly disclose a 12-month initial commitment are governed by the accepted order and our Terms and Conditions. Requests for early cancellation, wrongful charges, non-delivery, service defects and refunds can be reviewed under our Refund and Cancellation Policy. No policy clause prevents the exercise of non-excludable consumer rights. A customer can revoke a payment mandate separately through the payment service provider, while any genuine accrued contractual obligation is considered fairly.
Escalation and statutory rights
Where unresolved, customers retain rights to approach competent consumer commissions, payment providers, data-protection authorities and other lawful redressal mechanisms, as applicable. VYLINO will not require customers to waive statutory rights in order to submit a grievance.
