A website with a clear job

Help visitors understand, trust and contact you.

A website often sits between a recommendation and an enquiry. Someone hears about your business, checks your services on their phone and decides whether to call. Missing details, confusing navigation or a broken form can interrupt that decision.

Our starting point is your customer’s next step. We plan the content, layout and functionality around what visitors need to know before they request a quote, book a conversation or place an order.

Three decisions shape the build

  • Your audience: who visits, what they need and what might stop them enquiring.
  • Your offer: the services or products to explain, with relevant evidence and clear boundaries.
  • Your workflow: where enquiries go, who updates the website and which systems need to connect.

Define these before choosing a theme or adding features. A simpler website with the right information can be more useful than a larger one with unclear priorities.

Choose your starting point

What kind of website do you need?

Business & professional websites

For service providers, consultants, clinics and growing companies that need to explain their work and attract relevant enquiries. Plan a useful homepage, focused service pages, business information and a clear contact route.

Scope question: does each service need its own page, or would one well-organised page answer the customer’s questions?

Ecommerce websites

For businesses selling online. Plan product categories, useful product details, variants, stock handling, payments and delivery information as one customer journey. A store is ready only when the order flow has been tested.

Scope question: who manages products, fulfilment and customer queries after launch?

Landing pages

For one campaign, offer or audience. Keep the page focused on the advert’s promise, the information needed to act and a suitable enquiry form. Plan how the team will qualify and respond to those leads.

Scope question: are you promoting one offer or asking visitors to explore an entire business?

Redesigns & custom requirements

For an existing website that needs a better structure or a workflow that standard templates cannot support. Review useful content and URLs before redesigning. Define booking, catalogue or integration requirements before estimating custom work.

Scope question: what must keep working during the change, including email, tracking and enquiry delivery?

A clear scope, before development

What to include in your website project.

Your proposal should name the deliverables, responsibilities and limits. The following areas form a practical brief; the selected package and agreed scope determine what is included.

Page structure & content

Map the pages to your actual services and customer questions. Agree who writes the copy, supplies photographs and approves claims. Use specific examples, accurate business details and permission-cleared testimonials where available.

Responsive design

Plan readable text, clear navigation and usable forms on small screens. Check long service names, real product images and actual content rather than approving only a desktop mockup.

Development & integrations

Build the agreed templates, forms and content management features. Define what each integration must do, what access it needs and how failure is handled. A contact form, booking system and customer portal are different scopes.

Search foundations

Discuss descriptive titles, heading structure, crawlable internal links, useful URLs and relevant structured data. On a replacement site, map changed URLs and review the existing search landing pages.

Performance & accessibility checks

Review image sizes, unnecessary scripts and important page templates. Check keyboard navigation, visible focus, form labels and colour contrast. Hosting and third-party tools also affect the experience; avoid treating one test score as the whole result.

Launch & handover

Test enquiry delivery and key customer actions, agree account access and explain routine editing. Record who manages domain renewal, hosting, licences and backups, with the support period clearly stated.

Platform choice

Choose for everyday use as well as launch.

The right platform depends on your content, transactions and team. Compare how you will edit the website, run the business and pay for ongoing services.

Starting points to discuss for your project
ApproachSuitable starting pointPlan before choosing
WordPressService websites with editable pages and articles.Hosting, appropriate plugins, editor access and regular updates.
WooCommerceAn online store connected to a WordPress website.Product data, checkout, extension costs and store maintenance.
ShopifyA hosted ecommerce approach for product sales.Recurring platform and app costs, payment options and integration fit.
Custom developmentA defined workflow that existing tools cannot adequately support.Detailed requirements, ongoing support and the cost of future changes.

These are starting points, not a recommendation for every business. Confirm current platform features and costs against your requirements.

Useful content, specific to your business

The details customers need are different in every industry.

Website development should make your business easier to understand. The following are planning examples, not client case studies or promised outcomes.

  • Clinics: practitioner information, services, opening hours and an appointment enquiry route. Avoid collecting unnecessary sensitive details in a general contact form.
  • Manufacturers: product specifications, application information, downloadable catalogues and quotation requirements.
  • Consultancies: areas of expertise, engagement scope and what happens after the initial enquiry.
  • Coaching institutes: course information, eligibility, schedules and a clear admissions contact.
  • Local service businesses: the work offered, genuine service areas and the information needed for an estimate.

From brief to launch

A practical website development process.

  1. Discovery & scope

Discuss the audience, required pages, available content and business workflow. Confirm deliverables, exclusions, revisions and dependencies.

  2. Structure & design

Plan navigation and priority layouts. Review real content and the enquiry journey before building every page.

  3. Build & test

Develop the agreed website, configure integrations and test mobile layouts, links and customer actions.

  4. Launch & handover

Complete launch checks, document access and editing responsibilities, and agree the support arrangement.

What affects the delivery date? Content readiness, approval time, product catalogue size and integration access can change the schedule. Agree when the delivery clock starts and what happens if a required input is delayed.

Budget & scope

Compare the work included, not just the page count.

A brochure website and a transactional store need different planning and testing. Your estimate should separate the initial build from renewals, third-party services and ongoing work.

Professional

₹12,500

Published package for a website of up to 10 pages.

Ask about the first year

  • Content writing versus uploading supplied content.
  • Design revisions and page or product limits.
  • Domain, hosting, email and licence inclusions.
  • Payment, booking or other integration work.

Ask about the following year

  • Domain, hosting and platform renewal charges.
  • Plugin, theme and app subscription costs.
  • Backup, restore and update arrangements.
  • Content edits, new features and ongoing SEO.
Discuss your project

Before the website goes live

Check the journey all the way to the inbox.

A form that looks correct can still send enquiries to the wrong address. A store can display products without a working payment flow. Test the actions that matter to the business, not only how the pages look.

For an existing site, keep a record of useful URLs, metadata and current traffic before making changes. If the problem is unclear, a website audit can help establish the priorities.

  • Submit a real test enquiry and confirm receipt.
  • Test phone, WhatsApp and navigation links.
  • Check order and payment scenarios if applicable.
  • Review mobile pages and keyboard access.
  • Check canonical URLs, indexing settings and redirects.
  • Confirm editing access, backups and renewal ownership.

Agree the launch checklist in the project scope, including any third-party dependencies.

Plan the next stage

Leave room for more services, products and locations.

Start with a structure that makes your current offer clear. Reusable page layouts can support additional services later, while an organised catalogue can accommodate new product ranges. Mention future booking, membership or integration needs early; they can affect platform choice.

Each new service or location page should answer a distinct set of customer questions. Publish it when you have useful information, relevant proof and a clear next step—not simply to repeat a keyword.

After launch, SEO and keyword research can guide content priorities. Website maintenance and support covers a different need: keeping the existing site maintained under an agreed plan.

Before you begin

Website development questions, answered.

How much does website development cost?

Vylino’s published packages reviewed on 6 September 2026 are ₹6,500, ₹12,500 and ₹18,500 for different page scopes. The right estimate depends on content, design and functionality. Confirm current prices, tax treatment, inclusions and recurring charges in a written proposal; custom requirements may need a separate quote.

How long will my website take to build?

The schedule depends on the agreed scope and when content, access and approvals are ready. A simple site with complete assets requires different work from a catalogue or an integration-heavy project. Ask for milestones and delivery dependencies in the proposal rather than relying on an unconditional launch date.

Can I edit the website myself?

For a website built with an editable content management system, routine text and image updates can be included in the handover. Agree which areas you can edit, the training required and account permissions. Changes to layout, integrations or custom functionality may still require development support.

Does website development include SEO?

A build can include foundational setup such as titles, headings, relevant links and indexing checks when specified. Ongoing research, content development, technical improvements and reporting are a separate scope unless explicitly included. A search-friendly build does not guarantee rankings.

Can you improve my existing website instead of rebuilding it?

Sometimes. If the structure and platform still fit the business, targeted improvements may be enough. Review the current problems, maintenance condition and required features before deciding. A redesign makes more sense when the underlying layout or workflow needs substantial change.

Who supplies the website content and images?

Agree that responsibility before development. Your business should provide accurate service details, approved claims and assets it has permission to use. Content-writing assistance, photography, stock licences and product-data entry should be identified separately so the scope is clear.

Who owns the domain and website accounts?

Confirm account registration, administrator access and handover terms in the proposal. Your business should know who controls the domain, hosting and platform accounts, how renewals are paid and how access will be transferred if the support arrangement changes.

Can I add an online shop or booking system later?

Future functionality can be planned, but it is not automatically included in the initial website price. Share likely requirements before selecting the platform. Payments, inventory, booking rules and integrations may require additional development and recurring services.

Do you work with businesses outside Jaipur?

Yes. Vylino serves businesses across India. Share your location, audience and service area when discussing the project so the content reflects your actual operation. Project discussions can begin through the contact page, phone or WhatsApp.

What support is available after launch?

The included support period depends on the selected package and proposal. Clarify what is covered, how to report an issue and whether updates or content changes are included. An ongoing maintenance plan should define support hours, backup arrangements and the treatment of new feature requests.
