VYLINO REFERRAL / INFLUENCER PROGRAM AGREEMENT
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Vylino (Jaipur-based MSME Registered Business) and the individual or entity (“Affiliate/Influencer”) participating in the Vylino Referral Program (“Program”).
By registering or promoting Vylino services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Purpose of the Program
The purpose of this Program is to allow Affiliates/Influencers to promote Vylino’s website development services and earn commissions on successful referrals.
Vylino provides affordable website solutions for small businesses lacking technical knowledge or resources.
2. Approval or Rejection
Vylino reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

No reason is required for rejection

No legal claim can be made against Vylino
3. Referral & Tracking

Each Affiliate will receive a unique referral link/code
-
All referrals must come through assigned links, codes, or tracked sources

In case of dispute, Vylino’s tracking system will be considered final
4. Commission Structure

₹500 commission per successful completed sale
-
₹500 discount is provided to the referred customer
Important:
-
❌ No commission on leads, clicks, or views
-
❌ No commission on cancelled, refunded, or incomplete orders
-
❌ Self-referrals are strictly prohibited
5. Payment Terms
-
Payments are processed weekly (every Sunday)
-
Only completed and verified projects are eligible
-
Vylino reserves the right to delay payments in case of verification issues
6. Services & Pricing
Vylino offers website development services under the following plans:

Starter Plan – ₹6,999
-
Professional Plan – ₹12,999
-
Premium Plan – ₹19,999
Special influencer-based offers may apply (e.g., ₹3,500 base offer excluding domain & hosting).
7. Responsibilities of Vylino
Vylino will:

Handle all website development and delivery
-
Manage client communication and support
-
Process payments from customers
-
Maintain fair tracking of referrals
8. Responsibilities of Affiliate
The Affiliate agrees to:

Promote Vylino honestly and ethically
-
Avoid misleading or false claims
-
Not make unauthorized promises or guarantees
-
Share content (Reels, Posts, Blogs, etc.) as agreed
9. Content Usage Rights
-
Vylino may reuse, edit, and promote influencer-created content
-
Content may be used for advertising if found suitable
10. Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Fake leads or fraudulent transactions

Self-referrals
-
Spamming (mass messaging, bulk posting, etc.)

Misleading advertisements or false claims
-
Promoting illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
-
Unauthorized use of Vylino branding or trademarks
11. Incentives & Bonuses

Additional rewards or gifts may be provided based on performance
-
Incentives are solely at the discretion of Vylino management
12. Termination
Vylino reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate any Affiliate account at any time
-
Cancel unpaid commissions in case of policy violation
Affiliate may also discontinue participation at any time.
13. Limitation of Liability
Vylino shall not be liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages
-
Loss of earnings due to tracking issues or technical errors
-
Any business losses incurred by the Affiliate
14. Modifications
Vylino reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time.
Continued participation in the Program implies acceptance of updated terms.
15. Indemnification
The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Vylino from any claims, damages, or legal issues arising due to:

Misrepresentation

False promotion
-
Violation of this Agreement
16. Electronic Acceptance
By joining the Vylino Referral Program, you:

Accept all terms and conditions
-
Agree to this Agreement as a legally binding electronic contract
