Need help completing a payment?<\/h1>\n

Review your order, safely retry an unpaid payment when appropriate, or ask VYLINO to verify a transaction before trying again.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

1. Check your order status<\/h2>\n

Open My Account \u2192 Orders<\/a> and check whether the order is pending payment, failed, processing or completed. If the order has an available Pay<\/strong> link, follow that order-specific link to continue safely.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

2. Payment deducted, but no confirmation?<\/h2>\n

Do not make another payment immediately.<\/strong> Confirm the bank\/payment-provider status first. Send VYLINO your order number, payment date, amount and an appropriately redacted payment receipt. Never send your OTP, card PIN, CVV or account password.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

3. Monthly subscription or quotation?<\/h2>\n

Website, SEO, GBP and website-care subscriptions listed in the shop are quotation only<\/strong>. Automatic recurring payment mandates and subscription checkout have not been activated. The VYLINO team will confirm the written scope, term and accepted payment method first.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

4. Questions about invoices, refunds or cancellations?<\/h2>\n

Contact us with your order ID and the service purchased. Refund eligibility and change requests depend on the order\u2019s agreed terms, work completed and applicable law. No card or bank credentials are needed for support.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
